About Villa Daymer

Exterior

The villa has its own car parking area to the front, its own private pool and amazing views right across Souda Bay towards the Akrotiri peninsula. The villa enjoys newly landscaped gardens with an extensive terrace around the pool area.

Ground Floor

There are two twin bedded bedrooms with French windows leading to the balcony with the olive grove and sea views. The other bedroom on this floor has a double bed and balcony with sea views. Each bedroom has free standing wardrobes and drawers. This floor also has its own large bathroom and shower room, the second is on the lower ground floor where there is further sleeping for two more people. Here there is a recreational area with full sized tennis table, Satellite TV and comfortable seating.

First Floor

On the first floor is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full sized cooker and all the utensils you will require for your holiday. There is also a washing machine should you require one in the Villa. The kitchen leads directly to the dining area which leads in turn to the living area with its comfortable settees and coffee table. Beyond this area is the large and spacious terrace to access this you go through the French windows leading from the living area, you will see the most spectacular views from there - quite breath taking. This area is spacious and ideal for alfresco dining and at night just sitting and relaxing maybe playing cards watching the boats shimmering on the sea as they make their way down to Chania 5 miles in the distance.
